Even today, after four generations, we cultivate our olive groves with the same passion as our grandparents, where in the Sant'Eufemia Lamezia Valley more than a century ago, they planted an exceptional example of "Carolea" olive monoculture, thus producing after a few years, an extraordinarily delicate Extra Virgin Olive Oil, with bitter and spicy notes thanks to the high content of polyphenols, thanks to all this, today we give life to our “Special Reserve” Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

The Carolea olive tree represents an excellent cultivar typical of the Calabria region, dating back to the 8th century BC, it is among the oldest secular olive groves in Italy, often also called the "Calabrian" for its strong identity with this land. Thanks to the hard work of our ancestors and our land "Calabria", a perfect, unique and rare territory, we give life to our cold-pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil "Special Reserve".
With the same passion and love for the products of our territory, we carry on the ancient Italian tradition of eating well and of quality, thus our "Ready Sauces" based on Basil, Red Onion of Tropea Calabria PGI and others are born Calabrian delicacies, prepared with hand-picked tomatoes and fresh vegetables. In our culinary tradition the "Calabrian Specialties" cannot be missing, spicy condiments based on Calabrian chilli pepper, local olive pâté and dried tomatoes. Calabria, bathed by the "two seas" the IONIAN Sea and the TYRRHENIAN Sea, enjoys a unique privilege for its mild and sunny climate all year round, giving the crops a completely natural and continuous maturation, giving us products of the highest quality, which distinguish our traditional specialties.
